By accessing and using Cinemdle ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Cinemdle is a free daily movie guessing game. The Service provides:

• Five daily movie puzzles with increasing difficulty
• Progressive hints including quotes, actors, year, and title
• Personal statistics tracking
• Social sharing features

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the Service
• Attempt to manipulate game statistics or results
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Share solutions before 24 hours have passed
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Cinemdle and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Movie Content

Movie quotes, titles, and related information used in the Service are the property of their respective copyright holders.

User Content

When you share your game results, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute this content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cinemdle, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
